The garden, terraces and pool.

The mature garden is very easy to maintain with a large lawn area, various flower beds, three individual terrace areas and stone steps and paving. All terracing and paving is new.

The pool is 6 mtrs x 4 mtrs, depth approx 1.4 mtrs. It is virtually the same depth throughout.  

There are numerous fruit trees (lemon, grapefruit, orange, avocado, fig, nispero and almond), also a lovely old olive tree and a superb mature palm. 

There is a brick-built and secure tool and pump house, as well as a purpose-built barbeque.

The garden has a water deposit and a new irrigation system which is boosted by an auxiliary pump and can be programmed to operate on any day or time-frame combination. 

There is ample parking space for two to three cars with a sliding steel gate and a central drain for car washing, etc. The steel pedestrian entrance has a cctv remote-entry system operable from inside the house.

Views

The villa has breathtaking views from all the rooms to the mountains, countryside, garden and pool. There are also partial sea views from the garden area and some rooms.
